THE BEGINNERS JOURNEY WORKSHOP
The unique beginners journey was launced for the first time at the 2008 festival. Thanks to the proffesionalism and dedication of our beginners journey instructors the launch was a massive success. Now let us take you through a journey once again at the Kent Salsa festival 2009 !
SYLLABUS
Our structered Beginners syllabus has been planned around a flexible timetable that you will have total control over. Meaning the Beginners Journey workshop will take 5 hours to complete but you can choose whether you want to complete the Journey in 1 day or over 2 days at the Festival.
ATMOSPHERE
We can appreciate how daunting and intimidating it may be to step on that floor for the first time. You may also be trying to gain confidence
and knowledge after 1 or 2 lessons already. The atmosphere at the Festival is like no other. Unique in its setting, vibes and feel. With fun and experienced instructors, let us put you at ease.......
THE PACKAGE
The instructors will cover Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue and Bachata. There will be 5 hours of the Beginners Journey Workshop which will be allocated to the workshop timetable (launching in June 2009) on both days. Therefore You can
choose to complete your journey in 1 day or over 2 days at the Festival. To relax before you start there will be a meet n greet and a short brief from your instructor just to ease you into your day.
Please note: Your Beginners Journey admission does not include other workshops that will take place at the Festival. If you wish to take part in other workshops there will be an extra charge. please click on to find out more about extra workshop charges.
