Festival check in

Q: When do we collect our wristbands and check in ?

A: Once purchased either online or in person your wristbands will be reserved at the Festival front desk for you to collect on the day. Check in and wristband collection times will be as follows:

Saturday 11th from 8am onwardsSunday 12th from 8am onwards

The festival will start on Saturday @ 9 30am & Sunday @ 10am. If you are one of the many campers who will be camping from Friday, you will be able to collect your wristbands when you check in from Friday at 4pm.

Workshops

Q: Do we need to book the workshops and when will the timetable be launched?

A: The only workshops that need to be booked in advance will be the 'BEGINNERS JOURNEY WORKSHOPS' . All others will not need to be booked. However, there maybe a small selection of workshops where we will be stating "no rotation" which will mean that women will not be moved on to another partner during the class period.

Levels for each workshop will be stated clearly on the timetable.

Levels: Absolute Beginners, Beginners, improvers, Intermediates & Advance

The workshop timetable will be launched mid June

Camping

Q: When can we check in?

A: This depends on how many nights you want to camp. we recommend that if you have booked a 2 day wristband it would be worth your while camping for at least 2 nights. Fri & Sat. Arrival time and check in on Friday will be from 4pm. If you dont want to camp friday, you will need to arrive by at least 7am sat morning to check in, pitch your tent and get ready to start. The festival begins at 9.30am Saturday morning!!!

There are excellent shower and toilet facilities on site but no plugs for straightners!!

I hate Camping !

Not a problem... We have secured a few rooms at the Premier Inn, Wateringbury. 10mins from the Hop Farm. Go to our accommodation page, there you will find contact details and the reference number you will need to quote when making your booking. We will have more of a selection of places to stay over the next couple of weeks.

Food & Drink

For this years Festival. We are pleased to announce that our caterers will be supplied from Flaming Henrys Restaurant in Maidstone.

First Aid

Q: Will there be any First Aiders during the Festival?

A: Yes there will be. We will have round the clock First Aid assistants on both days and nights. There will also be a designated First Aid Area. This will be informed to you on your day of arrival.
